New index ranks nations as attractive export destinations

Toyota plans van-making, source says
[Bangkok Post, 12 April 2012] Toyota intends to build HiAce and Commuter vans in Thailand to substitute entirely for imports by year-end, the first time that such vehicles will be made locally, says an industry source.
