Takikawa image processing defect detector is a device that uses|image processing to detect defects on the surface of extrusion|molded products such as cables and tubes.|The line sensor camera captures images, and judges areas with|large changes as defects. An error signal is output, and an image of|the defective area is taken and saved.|Images are recorded with the camera channel and time of capture|so they can be compared with actual defects.|Range : 1 - 30 mm.|Resolutions : 20 um.
