H. Folke Sandelin's modernised horizontal lead extruder LEH for cable sheathing applications, prioritises ease of use and cost savings. Its state-of-the-art design is equipped with maintenance-free and energy-efficient AC motors. One of its standout features is the semi-automatic centring device, which simplifies the die adjustment process. This feature reduces setup times and operator errors while enabling more precise adjustments, resulting in material savings. The centring device is also available as an option for new machines of all die block sizes and can also be retrofitted to existing horizontal and vertical extruders.
