PCD Wire Drawing Dies

PCD wire drawing dies are made of polycrystalline diamond blank . According to the difference of adding metal binder, it can be divided into cobalt-based PCD drawing die and silicon-based PCD drawing die. Cobalt-based PCD drawing dies have high wear resistance and long working life, and are most used in the market, but can only be used below 650. Silicon-based PCD wire drawing die can be used at 1200, but the relative wear resistance is relatively poor.
